Having the prospect of agritourism development, the Sargsyan family founded the “Arapin Apin” guest house in the border village of Pshatavan, near the riverbed of Araks. The river and Igdir province of Western Armenia are visible from the observation tower built in the guest house.

The tourist spot, located 60 km from Yerevan, quickly became a sought-after place for family vacations.

Each year the guest house presents itself in a new way.

There is already a wine cellar here, where guests can taste the grape and fruit wines produced on site.

The guest house also has an overnight stay.
