The Jarghatspanyan winery operates in Bambakashat village. Jarghatspanyan Winery is a family business, the foundation of which is the cellar and winemaking traditions inherited from grandfather.

Pedro Zarokyan, returning from the USA, decides to invest his winemaking and grape growing skills in Armenia. For that end he chooses one of the most beautiful places he has ever seen, a hill near the confluence of the Araks and Akhuryan rivers. Lack of irrigation becomes a new opportunity to experiment with agricultural innovations such as drip irrigation. After years of work, the businessman is already presenting Monte Noah Estate garden and winery.

French-Armenian businessman Eduardo Ernekyan introduced the best experience of professional wine production to Armenia. For the cultivation of grapes, he chose a huge rocky area from the Armavir marz and with the involvement of professional craftsmen turned it into an oasis cut from the stone. It is obvious that huge investments were made by the Ernekyan family to obtain the unique and sought-after Armenian wine.
